If a tree fell in the woods and no one posted about it…

Podcast appearances. Awards. Nice things people have said. We’ll stop short of posting our Wordle scores. Probably.

2023 AAF Nebraska
American Advertising Awards.

Oops. We did it again. But better. Two gold and four silver awards across a number of creative categories. And we also got to lug home a super shiny Judges Citation trophy. For this very website, no less. (Mentally insert Keanu Reeves’ “Whoa!” gif here.)

2022 AAF Nebraska
American Advertising Awards.

No one cares about awards, right?
Unless, of course, you take home five. Four of which are for the very thing you offer your clients: agency self-promotion.
If you’re selling ads for ad agencies you’d best be good at advertising yourselves.
(Not bad for our first outing as Kingswood & Palmerston.)

2022 American Marketing Association Awards

Marketing ourselves to an audience of CMOs could have been intimidating. But by consistently showing up with a bold positioning and elegant promotional strategy based around a campaignable Big Idea, we’ve reached our goals and then some. Now we have an award you could take out your enemies with to prove it.

And the AAF Nebraska Ad Pro of the Year award goes to…

As a long-time member of AAF Nebraska’s leadership team, my K&P co-founder, David Moore, remains unflinchingly generous with his time and continues to set the bar high (he is, after all, over 6ft tall). His work on the local Ad Awards and the now-global AdReads book club are just some of the ways he continues to make his mark, ensuring advertising in Nebraska continues to punch above its weight. Boom!

Podcasts. Us talking our walk.

Call To Action. The sequel.

Buckle up for this caffeine-fuelled chinwag on writing 500 TV commercials in 3 years, why agencies won’t advertise themselves, winning and losing a client in 24 hours, how to retain creative talent when your clients aren't big sexy brands, cover songs, why you shouldn’t be afraid to lean on precedent, and tons more in David’s brilliant CTA pod appearance.

How Not to Start a Creative Agency.

David talks to Tim Stiefler about some of the wild (and wildly effective) ways he’s drummed up new business while heading up advertising agencies.

Shot By Both Sides.

Carolyn talks to Eaon Pritchard about copywriting, songwriting, a bit of Tarot and mysticism and lots more. Plus some splendid tunes.

The Brief Bros.
